Essence | Seeds from Brazil, is about how scents are related with space (physical and mental) and how they can change one’s perception of it.
Land, a multicultural micro-forest with plants from diverse origins such as a cactus, a palm tree, a leguminous, moss... sharing the same earth proposing an interconnection of roots, senses and values within a concrete space. Nature in the works of João Modé is a conduit for a complex network of meanings with a great sense of temporality.
